Weekly rates for rental of Villa Bianca in £ sterling**

Prices shown are for up to 6 people.
For extra people a charge of £50 per person/per week will be made.
Prices include:
- Rent of the villa
- Electricity, gas and water
- Weekly change of bed-linen and towels (not beach towels)
- Thorough cleaning before guest’s arrival
If stays are for less than 5 days then rates are increased by 25%.
For July to September the minimum period of rent is 7 days.
** Tourist Taxes
There is a mandatory requirement in Croatia for tourists to pay a daily tourist tax.This is approximately 60p per person/day in the high season for adults.
(cheaper for children and for adults in the low season).
We will arrange payment of this but it will be a small addition to the price of the villa.
